Below is the club’s sponsorship request letter for our 3 Summer events in 2010. We hope you can support one, or all, of these great tournaments.

Waterloo Disc Golf Club

Dear Sponsor,

Waterloo Disc Golf Club is proud to announce that it is hosting three Professional Disc Golf Association sanctioned tournaments in the Austin area this summer. The Battle of Slaughter Creek is a B-tier level tournament that will be held at Circle C Ranch Metropolitan Park on Saturday, June 12th and Sunday, June 13th. The Wicked Thicket is a one day only, C-tier event that will take place at East Metro Park in Manor on Saturday, July 17th. The final event will be the MetCenter Open. It is a B-tier event at the MetCenter business park in Austin that will be hosted in conjunction with Play It Again Sports on Saturday, August 14th and Sunday, August 15th.

We are asking for your help in making these tournaments a great experience for the participants and spectators. Waterloo Disc Golf Club is accepting both monetary and merchandise sponsorships for the events and would be proud to prominently display your name and logo as a supporter of any or all three of these tournaments.

All sponsors of $75 or more in cash or merchandise will receive a tee sign on the course, a banner displayed (if provided), and their name or logo in the program at one of the events. All sponsors of $200 or more in cash or merchandise will receive the same benefits at all three events. Please send logos to Lou Moreno at texas_me @ at least one week in advance of the event in order to be included in the program.

We look forward to the continued development of our partnership and we thank you for your consideration.
