The site does not work on mobile browser

Using a Treo800, the website address returns this error: Unknown User Agent - You are banned from this site due to an unknown user-agent'

sounds like the site doesnt recognize I'm using a mobile browser. please see if you can make the site recognized by PPC & BB browsers!

It won't work with Google Chrome or Flock either. It's very browser conscious and irritating that way.
